Thomas Cup

The Thomas Cup, also called the World Men's Team Championships was named for Sir George Alan Thomas, an English player of the early 1900's. Of the 30 Thomas Cup tournaments held since 1948-49, only 6 countries have won the title--Indonesia, China, Malaysia, Japan, Denmark, and India.
